Our bodies where never designed to train in a gym with machines and artificially designed equipment, but we made these things to maximise muscle gains and to keep the body safe..
This has left many of our bodies only to be slower, stiffer and at more risk of injury. We have also lost our efficiency for basic movement patterns like sprinting and throwing..
Now our bodies have become more susceptible to lower back pain, shoulder and elbow injuries. Not only that, on a day to day basis we’ve lost function..
Most people are unable to bend over and tie their shoes laces or even turn around to wipe their a**, because they’ve lost the necessary range of motion to do so..
Our approach is to restore the normal functions of the body through training, taking the path of least resistance that is ingrained through our evolution..
By training more regularly through the innate movement patterns of the body, we believe not only will our bodies feel better, but athletic performance will improve!

Move on sand, grass and trees as the body was intended. You will get direct sensory feedback as you’re prompt to train without shoes, preventing injuries of the ankle, knees, hips and lower back. .

Traditional training is not wrong, it just does not prioritise training the most important functions of the body…
Movement!!
Our skeleton and the fascia, muscles, ligaments and tendons which support it, have evolved to make our body’s more capable of housing organs and moving.
The ribcage is intelligently designed to safe keep the lungs and heart, as is the skull crafted to protect the brain.
Similar to these structures, our joints and fascia were formed to help us in crawling, hanging, walking, carrying things and so much more..
However, our biggest mistake has been placing too much of an emphasis on individual muscle groups and training them to prevent injuries and improve function..
Continuing to train and think this way will only lead to poorer mobility and function over time, because we are disconnecting further and further from moving with the functions we’ve evolved to perform.
How this program is different to others..
There is no right and wrong
Following this style of training you'll learn there are ways to be more efficient and more comfortable, but no position is ever right or wrong, the context is what matters most..
Nothing is ever about weight loss
There will be running and sprinting all throughout the program, but never are we trying to burn energy to lose weight, we are simply allowing the body to move as it was intended..
Focus on little things that make big differences
Poop, stress and sleep all signify a healthy circadian rhythm and alert us to how well we are recovered and feeling internally. In the program you will learn protocols to tackle each one..
Training is always playful..
Every experience adds to the experience, which means exploring new ways to crawl, jump, swing and carry things can only be achieved through play. You have the freedom to play in each of your sessions and find what works for you..
