One Motion is a premium online training platform for individuals seeking to enhance their overall strength, athletic capabilities and body composition. The Coaches at One Motion believe there is no perfect way to exercise or fuel the body and the human body benefits most from using a variety of movement patterns and nutritional approaches.

One Motion aims to escape from “BEST EXERCISE” and “FUNCTIONAL TRAINING” protocols that many fitness professionals speak of and look to uniquely provide an evidence and anecdotal based experience for our members.

The moving experience we want for our ‘ATHLETES’ is self empowerment, through EDUCATING them on training and nutrition PRINCIPLES. This will hopefully enable members to progress, not only in a training program, but in all health, work and lifestyle achievements.

As the ULTIMATE goal, is to take people through a balanced and holistic training journey, giving them the opportunity to get STRONG, feel HEALTHY and think POSITIVE.

Coach Daniel Mogoai is a strong advocate of movement,  health and education. Growing up to participate in a wide variety of sports such as soccer, tennis, hip hop dancing and calisthenics, he was bound to take an
interest in understanding the body further.
Daniel carries over 5 years of face to face coaching experience and is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science, Osteopathy.

The past years Daniel has helped many people achieve their strength and movement goals. Ranging from their first chin up to their first ever handstand. His aim in the future is to expand his knowledge within the rehabilitation field and help people to move more dynamically.

Daniel is a large proponent of “You must practice what you preach”, setting and working towards his own 2021 training goals.
